Once you have passed through the access gates with guards, you can drive along the private roads through the SAUIPE RESORT, which is monitored by a security service day and night.

The SAUIPE RESORT is being developed with care in a number of construction phases. In the first phase, luxury hotels were built for the Marriott, Renaissance, Pousada da Aldeia, Sofitel and Superclub Breezes hotel groups. All the hotels are in the top category, with five starts. These have now been completed and are fully operational.

The small, newly constructed village of "Vila Nova da Praia" has also been created in the centre of the SAUIPE RESORT in the typical Bahian building style. The village offers a wide choice of restaurants, bars, businesses and boutiques and is the central meeting point in the SAUIPE RESORT. This authentic village also contains a bank, post office, pharmacy, hair-dresser and small supermarket.

The reference project "Casas de Sauipe", with its exclusive houses and villages, has already been fully completed and all units were sold during the construction phase. We therefore do not need to rely on artists' impressions - you can visit this completed project in the SAUIPE RESORT and find out for yourself. Other projects are already in the pipeline and reaching the planning approval stage, and these will be created in the SAUIPE RESORT in complete harmony with nature - including, maybe, your own holiday home.

Owners are offered a wide range of sports and leisure facilities which can be used whenever they're needed. These include an 18-hole golf course, a water sports centre, a riding centre, a sports club with tennis courts, beach volleyball, basket ball and a football pitch. In addition, there is also a centrally located wellness and spa centre operated by the Marriott Hotels Group.
